We are now looking for new staff to make this summer's vacation a fantastic experience for our guests. We are seeking summer staff for our Reception, Bistro, Ice Cream Bar & Rentals, as well as Activity Leaders. Read more about the different roles below.

As a Receptionist at First Camp, you will play a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate. You are often their first contact with us – and a key person who makes their stay both welcoming and enjoyable.

In the reception, you are our face to the outside world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. Among other things, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information and service to guests over the counter as well as via phone/email, assist with bookings, prepare for the next day, and drive sales in our shop. The job also includes some cleaning.

The ice cream bar and rentals are a well-visited area of our camping site. Here you will meet locals as well as guests staying at the campsite. You spread joy and ensure that guests have a pleasant vacation filled with ice cream and fun activities.

In our ice cream bar, you will serve everything from scooped ice cream and soft serve to hot dogs and toast. This area also includes the entrance to the pool area and all rentals at the campsite, such as adventure golf, pedal cars, and much more. The job also includes some cleaning.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our bistro team and contribute to creating wonderful dining experiences for our guests. With our belief that a satisfied stomach is the way to a happy heart, you will have the chance to add a special touch to their vacation!

As a Bistro Employee, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food according to our smooth concept and ensuring that drinks and cash handling work efficiently. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

As an Activity Leader with us, you will have a varied and joyful everyday life. You will lead children's activities, mini disco, evening entertainment such as bingo and quizzes, as well as activities for the whole family. With us, you will be part of a team that is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. The job also includes some cleaning.

We are looking for someone who spreads joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude and can adapt quickly.

Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement – we provide all the training you need.

You are structured, have an eye for detail, and meet every guest with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are the one who always gives of yourself and looks out for the guest's and team's best interests.

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the collective agreement of the hotel and restaurant union.
