Sales Representative at SAC Nordic

SAC Nordic is one of Sweden's leading players in everything related to evacuation.

We are now looking for a Sales Representative who wants to help develop our customer relationships, create new business opportunities, and contribute to safer and more secure buildings. We are looking for someone who thrives in a proactive role with significant responsibility and who wants to work in a socially important industry where quality, trust, and long-term relationships are at the core.

A previous Sales Representative has changed positions within the company, and we are looking for someone to take over their previous role. This means there is an existing customer base that we hope our new colleague can take over.

The position is based in one of our offices: Järfälla, Ljungby, or Malmö.

About the Role

Our Sales Representatives are masters at creating business and developing relationships. They seek opportunities in the market and convert them into business. They seize opportunities themselves and invite their colleagues to join in. In their daily work, they help our customers manage and develop their operations by advising them on evacuation issues and packaging solutions tailored to the customer's business. They also maintain good and strong business relationships to create long-term cooperation with our customers. A characteristic of our Sales Representatives is that they take initiative and are proactive in their daily work, contributing to a continuous stream of incoming inquiries and closing deals. Sales Representatives contribute significantly to our customers feeling that we help them develop their business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage customers and construction projects
  • Follow up on business opportunities, quotes, and customer projects
  • Close deals
  • Create and develop long-term relationships with customers and technical consultants
  • Present, educate, and support consultants in their projects
  • Package and sell SAC Nordic's offerings in security sound and emergency lighting
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing activities
  • Follow market developments and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, technical sales, and other colleagues
  • Contribute to the long-term development of our offerings

Expected Results in the First 6–12 Months

  • Established and deepened customer relationships within the district
  • Stable and growing business volume
  • High customer satisfaction and perceived business value
  • Active presence with customers and consultants

Goals and Key Performance Indicators

You are expected to contribute to the team's common goals for revenue and gross margin, as well as the company's overall goal of creating Sweden's best customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and relationship-driven role. You could be an experienced sales representative or come from a more technical role, such as an electrician, technician, or project manager, and want to take the full step into sales.

Desirable (but not required):

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Background in electrical, security, construction, or technical systems
  • Familiarity with working with technical consultants and contractors

The Team You Will Join

You will be part of our Sales & Marketing team along with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Technical Sales, and marketing personnel. The team is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a shared responsibility for the customer's experience and the achievement of the team's revenue and gross margin goals.
