About the Job

We are looking for a nurse who wants to work with us in Lundby.

As a nurse with us, you will have varied tasks. You will have overall responsibility for the patients enrolled in the municipal health and medical care. Your tasks include planning and structuring health and medical care interventions for individual patients and their relatives. You will work independently but will also be part of a team with various professionals around the patient, where everyone is an important part of the whole. In the team, you will have strong collegial support and collaboration, where we encourage doing things together. Together, we create good and equitable care for patients and ensure that the patient has an optimal living situation.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has a B driver's license. We prefer that you have specialist training with a focus on district nursing or elderly care, or previous experience in municipal health and medical care.

You are confident in your role as a nurse and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You have an open and positive attitude and base your actions on the needs of the patient. You can work independently and make assessments and stand by decisions while enjoying being part of a group with competent colleagues where everyone contributes. We see that you have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate. Furthermore, you adapt easily and adjust your working methods based on changing conditions and new information.
