About the Job

You will be based at our headquarters on Bror Nilsson Street while your colleagues are based at our municipal care and nursing homes in the Lundby district. As a nurse with a coordination assignment, you will be a key person in the team, with the opportunity to influence and develop the work. As a nurse with a coordination assignment, you are an important part of our work to create structure, patient safety, and good care planning. You are a reliable colleague and a support for the team in prioritizing and distributing the work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the clinical patient work throughout the healthcare process to improve quality and increase patient safety.
• Support in prioritizing and distributing the work for nurses based on care load and resources.
• Guide colleagues in structured working methods and collaborate on complex patient cases.
• Support colleagues in delineation and prioritization within municipal primary care.
• Collaborate with the unit manager in planning introductions and identifying competence development needs.
• Contribute to the development of the organization through digitization and new working methods.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with extensive experience in municipal healthcare, preferably within Gothenburg City.
• Has good digital competence and is comfortable using digital systems, with an interest in how digitization can contribute to organizational development.
• Is reliable, structured, and has the ability to support the team in daily work.
• Has good communication skills and sees the importance of teamwork.
• A driver's license (B) is required.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in our operational systems such as PMO and Pascal.
• Experience using Excel and AI in daily work.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is stable in their professional role, enjoys change work, and can be a positive force in the team. Your reliability in both communication and planning makes you an obvious support function for your colleagues.
