ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a Service Coordinator on behalf of KONE for their headquarters in Kista! You will work Monday - Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, full-time. The start is immediate, and the position begins with thorough training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

As a Service Coordinator, you will sit in an open office together with the rest of your colleagues. Your tasks will consist of receiving fault reports from customers and private individuals via phone. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards achieving the company's high service goals. For example, you will:

• Identify safety situations and manage them by providing appropriate instructions
• Handle a case until it is accepted by a technician

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has work experience in service
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Is comfortable with phone and computer usage

To succeed well in the role of service employee at KONE, you need to be focused on helping their customers and your colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working in an environment where the pace is sometimes high. You will have a lot of contact with corporate customers, private individuals, service technicians, and team leaders, which requires good collaboration skills. Additional Information

• Start: Immediate, starting with a 6-month employment with very good chances of extension as the assignment and collaboration are long-term
• Scope: Full-time. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Location: Kista
• Salary: 25,000 SEK in hourly-based monthly salary
