Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Lundby, we work in a positive spirit where teamwork and development of the business are natural elements. The clinic has 11 bright treatment rooms. We focus on competence development, teamwork, and a pleasant workplace. We want to create good work structures to meet our patients in the best way and to work at the top of our competence. We see that you are an important part of your own development and take responsibility and initiative for this.

The position includes, among other things:

• Assisting with examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatments
• Work in the sterilization area and administrative tasks
• Supervision/assistance of students may also be part of the position.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Qualified dental nurse with an education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Independently manage administration
• Provide a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Be flexible and solution-oriented in daily work
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during the initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly graduated dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
