Welcome to our beautiful clinic in Västra Frölunda! We are looking for a dentist who wants to develop with us.

The position is initially a temporary position, but there are good opportunities for extension for the right person.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Topas, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

The position includes, among other things:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Working with both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, and to some extent emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

We are located on Topasgatan at Frölunda Torg in western Gothenburg. Via Frölunda Torg, you can quickly reach central Gothenburg by bus or tram. The clinic has 13 modern treatment rooms, all equipped with X-ray sensors, and we treat about 10,000 adults and 6,000 children. There are 35 people working at Topas clinic. Together, we have a broad competence, and good collaboration is important both within and between professional categories. The clinic is also a referral center for nitrous oxide treatments.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic, scheduled for weeks 9 and 10.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
