We are now looking for paving workers for our Industrial division and our laying operations, located in Örebro or Norrköping. As a paving worker with us, you will be involved in both larger and smaller paving assignments. Since the size and nature of the assignments vary, the tasks are diverse and provide opportunities for development within the profession. You will belong to a work team where you collectively perform paving work according to given orders and existing regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that vehicles and technical equipment are maintained and in good condition, handling materials, measuring equipment, and other technical tools to ensure that the final product meets the customer's quality requirements.

We primarily perform paving work in Närke and Östergötland counties and you will work from home. Working hours are generally scheduled from Sunday to Thursday at various locations along Sweden's roads. Some of the work is performed during inconvenient hours.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in paving work who enjoys working on the road. A B driver's license is required when working with us. If you have a BE driver's license and experience with digital work methods, that is an advantage.

At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting for skilled workers and have agreements on annual working hours. This means you primarily work during our season, April-December, and are off during January-March, provided you have reached your annual working hours during the season.
