At Caverion, we have an agreement with Saab regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of the customer's properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

We are now looking for our new Project Manager

We are now looking for our new Project Manager who wants to work with a competent and cohesive team responsible for our customer's property portfolio in Linköping. As a Project Manager, you will be a key person in your role for the development of the team and its projects with our customer Saab.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for coordinating, following up, and analyzing upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects. You are a key person in developing the partnership with the customer, where the goal is to deliver high quality, service, and delivery based on the contract's objectives. Our project organization is responsible for driving and developing the business where you lead the work. You have personnel responsibility for our project managers who will report directly to you. You will also be responsible for your own projects.

Your role also includes:

Communicating, engaging, and motivating staff and customers.
Planning and organizing projects and reviewing work methods and routines.
Being responsible for cost estimates, scheduling, risk analyses, financial follow-ups, and forecasts.

Your Background:

You have previous experience in a managerial role.
Extensive experience in a similar role within project work.
University or other post-secondary education in property or construction.
You are used to calculating and writing framework descriptions for tenders and have good knowledge of contract law.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a confident leader and have a good ability to build trust-based relationships. You are business-minded and result- and solution-oriented.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
