Do you want to lead and develop maintenance work in an organization that puts safety, quality, and sustainability at the center? We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager!

As a Maintenance Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and distributing work within the maintenance department. You ensure high technical availability of machinery, buildings, and areas, and drive development and improvement work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will also work with:

• Leading and coaching employees and work teams

• Coordinating external resources for investments and maintenance

• Being responsible for work environment, safety, and team follow-up

• Conducting cost follow-up and reporting within production, energy, environment, and maintenance

• Actively participating in projects and improvement activities

The position is a permanent full-time employment, located in Kinda.

We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on maintenance or production technology. You have previous experience in personnel management and maintenance work within the industry.

To succeed, you need:

• Good knowledge of leading maintenance operations

• The ability to drive change and achieve results through inclusive leadership

• Communication skills and understanding of operations and business

We also see that you have experience in:

• BAS-P and BAS-U

• Production technology within process or manufacturing industry

• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
