With us, you will have the opportunity to combine operational responsibility with strategic planning while ensuring that your projects achieve set goals with high customer satisfaction.
The position is full-time. You will be based at our establishment in Norrköping and report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer preparedness. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
Who are you?

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
At least Concrete Class II.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience working as a site manager or in a similar role within the industry.
Concrete Class I.
We believe that you fundamentally have an engineering education, preferably in Road/Water or similar, or relevant work experience in bridge/construction/concrete. If you also have training in project management, it is highly advantageous.
As a person, you are business-minded, secure, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You are engaged in your work and have excellent collaborative skills, which positively contribute to the team. Your social competence allows you to easily make connections and build long-term relationships, and with your customer focus, you ensure that each customer has the best possible experience. Initiative and flexibility are two of your strengths, allowing you to quickly adapt to changes and new challenges. You thrive in a varied everyday life and have the ability to quickly identify what needs to be prioritized.
We are looking for you with the right will, who can grow and develop with us! We warmly welcome your application today!
