About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Project Manager for our client Siemens Energy at their office in Finspång. In this role, you will be a key person in the project organization responsible for planning, managing, and following up on logistics projects to ensure efficient material flows and successful execution. The role suits you who thrive in a complex project environment and want to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in international projects.

Main Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and follow up on project plans and schedules
Work with project planning and scheduling in SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik
Conduct analyses of material flows and ensure effective logistics for the various interfaces of the projects
Monitor project status, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with project standards, processes, and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
Work on resource planning related to execution and ongoing staffing needs

About You

We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously. You are confident in your role as a project planner and can easily create structure even in complex environments. You have a strong drive, good prioritization skills, and can balance customer focus with internal project goals. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with people at different levels, both nationally and internationally.

Important for the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, planning, logistics, or a related field
Experience in project planning and scheduling
Good knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Qlik Sense (preferable)
Ability to analyze and present project and logistics data
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Ability to work on-site in Finspång at least 3 days a week
