Do you want to work closely with technology and influence production, quality, and reliability? We are looking for a setter with maintenance experience for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our nail gun robot.

About the role

As a setter, you will ensure that the robot is correctly set up, ready for production, and operates stably over time. The role combines setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, and is suitable for you who enjoy working closely with the machine and production. This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with a chance of extension.

You are a key person between production, technology, and maintenance, with significant responsibility for ensuring that the machine delivers the right quality at the right pace.

Responsibilities

• Set up and rig the nail gun robot during product and series changes
• Ensure correct parameters, function, and quality before production starts
• Perform ongoing and preventive maintenance on the machine
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and simpler electrical issues
• Resolve disturbances and minimize downtime
• Document actions taken and contribute to improving work methods
• Collaborate closely with operators, production, and technical functions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working as a setter, technician, or maintenance mechanic
• Has practical experience with industrial machines or automated production cells
• Is technically curious and enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Has experience or interest in preventive maintenance
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys a hands-on role in production

Meritorious

• Experience with robot cells or automated equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, or electricity
• Experience working with setup times and production optimization
• Previous work with nail guns or similar equipment
