You are needed as Linköping develops
As a project manager at Lejonfastigheter, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading investment projects as well as larger renovation projects. You will work on projects of varying scope and complexity to ensure the development and quality of our properties. Lejonfastigheter focuses on long-term sustainability planning and contributing to reduced carbon footprints, which are important issues in our projects.
In your role, you will be a key person in implementing our approved projects. You will maintain close contact and collaborate with our property developers as well as with customers and our suppliers. You will have significant responsibility and drive your work forward.
You will primarily work on:
- Planning and executing investment and larger renovation projects within Lejonfastigheter's property portfolio
- Ensuring and following up on quality, time, and costs in your projects
- Ensuring and following up on goals in your projects regarding long-term sustainability planning
You will be part of the Project unit with driven and competent colleagues in project management and will also collaborate extensively with other colleagues at Lejonfastigheter.

What do you bring to us?
We are looking for someone with experience working on larger projects in renovation, ROT, and indoor environments in the role of site manager, project manager, or equivalent position within the construction or real estate industry. You have post-secondary education in building technology, or alternatively, extensive professional experience in similar assignments and relevant advanced courses.
You also have good knowledge of contract law, planning and building legislation, and construction work environment (e.g., Bas P and Bas U). It is an advantage if you have experience working according to LOU.
To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy varied administrative tasks and meetings in our properties. You are structured and responsible, and have the ability to drive your projects in accordance with set goals based on our process-oriented approach. You focus on meeting customer needs and enjoy finding solutions to situations that arise. The role involves many contact points and varied tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, have good communication skills, and can easily create and maintain relationships. You place great importance on communicating with and updating relevant parties throughout the project's progress. Lejonfastigheter owns, develops, and manages community properties where tens of thousands of Linköping residents visit and work every day. Our mission is to provide Linköping Municipality with suitable premises. We are owned by Linköping Stadshus AB and our mission focuses on properties for schools, care, sports, culture, and other forms of community service – such as emergency services and libraries.
