We are looking for a senior project manager to drive organizational changes related to the development and adaptation of office and laboratory environments. You will represent the organization in local changes and ensure that needs, workplace strategy, and solutions are aligned – from early planning to implementation and moving in. You will work in a larger organization and collaborate closely with functions such as space planning, architecture, security, and construction/real estate projects.

The role combines strategic work with operational responsibility and requires a clear ability to execute and the ability to create buy-in from many stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate the organization's changes related to space planning for offices and labs.
• Analyze and translate the organization's needs into coordinated requirements and documentation.
• Ensure that local solutions comply with the established workplace strategy.
• Collaborate with space planning, architects, security functions, and construction/real estate projects to drive the work forward.
• Plan and execute communication regarding progress, risks, and changes to relevant target groups.
• Coordinate orders for furnishings and services before moving in collaboration with project support.
• Be responsible for the budget within the Facility's parts of the real estate projects and follow up against goals.
• Identify risks, drive actions, and ensure delivery according to set frameworks.

• Senior experience in project management in complex organizational and change projects.
• Documented experience in local projects within office and/or laboratory environments.
• Experience working in larger organizations.
• Good experience in change management.
• Experience working with workplace strategy.
• Ability to coordinate many stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with budget responsibility and follow-up.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Unpretentious, driven, and with a clear focus on execution.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
