We are looking for someone with experience in product development or project work who is driven by taking responsibility, learning new things, and making things happen. You are curious, engaged, and thrive in the intersection between technology and people.

About the role

As a project manager in product development, you will lead projects from concept to industrialization and launch. You play a central role in planning, coordinating, and following up on projects, acting as the spider in the web to connect all functions.

You are responsible for driving projects forward with a focus on time, quality, and resources – while creating engagement, structure, and good collaboration within the project team.

As a technical project manager with us, you will also perform several tasks of the project yourself and have an active role in the project work.

Your tasks

• Drive product development projects from idea to launched product
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on all aspects of the project
• Be the point of contact for dialogues and create collaboration among project members
• Ensure that projects meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
• Identify improvement opportunities in working methods and processes

We believe that you:

• Have experience in technical product development, project management, or a similar role
• Have a technical education background, for example in mechanical engineering, product development, electronics, or equivalent
• Have good collaboration skills
• Work in a structured manner and as part of a team, taking responsibility for task completion
