Job Description

As a cook, you contribute to creating delicious meals of high quality. You will play an important role in preparing tasty, safe, and healthy meals for patients and visitors. Your tasks are varied and include preparing food for patients, setting tables for meal trays, as well as dishwashing and cleaning. You will participate in and carry out self-control together with your colleagues. Other tasks may also occur.

To provide good service in the role of cook, you need to:

• show interest, willingness, and commitment to perform well
• be meticulous and responsible
• have a good attitude and work well with others
• be flexible and able to switch between different tasks

You have completed or are currently pursuing a high school education in restaurant and food or a comparable high school education. You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues and following written and verbal work instructions. In the job, you will be walking and standing a large part of your workday and working at different stations.

Experience in similar work within kitchens and restaurants is an advantage.
