We are now looking for a chef or serving staff with experience from both environments who enjoys working in a serving environment and in the kitchen, or a person with experience from restaurant kitchens and cooking who also enjoys working in a serving environment.

In addition to the above, you take great responsibility for the whole and see both big and small details. You are responsible for the operation and handle all tasks that occur in a restaurant.

You will handle cooking in conjunction with the cash register, serving, cleaning, and other common tasks within the restaurant mostly alone but with extra staff on hours.

We believe that you enjoy working as much behind the stove as behind the bar. You have experience from restaurant kitchens either through education or similar work. You are cheerful, service-minded, and see solutions before problems.

You love to give guests what they desire.

You will work at a varying pace between April - September (other times may occur depending on the weather) at a golf course. We see that you enjoy working harder during this period while you can enjoy longer and more time off at other times of the year.

Opening hours are Mon - Sun 10-16, or as needed. Competitions, bookings, etc. occur outside of the above times.

You should be attentive to our guests and always focus on them. Repeat guests and a good reputation are the restaurant's customer base and it is extra important to focus on this.

We see that you can handle a high pace and keep a cool head regardless of the situation. You are flexible and can adjust working hours at short notice based on needs and weather.

The last application date is March 31, but we will call for interviews continuously and may fill the position earlier.

The start date depends on the weather but is expected to be in April.
