Summer is approaching and we are looking for you who want to come and work with us in Nyköping!

Allegio Omsorg is a family care company that wants to make a difference, we are located in several cities and towns across Sweden. We currently have over 500 employees including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this principle that we work: we know that we offer the best services when we also have the best and most dedicated employees!

We are constantly working on development in our operations and are quality-assuring with, among other things, self-checks.

We provide care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that together we design a safe service, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with contact persons to meet the needs and routines of our customers. In the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is extremely important. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team as the work may sometimes require that you are two people. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have telephone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. It occurs that our customers have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies.

You need to be at least 18 years old to work with us.

A driver's license is an advantage or you need to be able to cycle.
