Stora Sköndal's Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic

Stora Sköndal's neurological rehabilitation clinic has been in operation for over 40 years and consists of an inpatient ward, day rehabilitation, physiotherapy clinic, and speech therapy clinic.

Our inpatient ward has space for 28 patients aged 18 and older who are referred to us from the region's acute hospitals or through specialist clinics for planned rehabilitation. Our largest diagnosis group is stroke, followed by Parkinson's disease and post-operative brain tumor surgery, but we also meet patients with many other neurological conditions/diseases.

As one of our nurses is retiring, we are now looking for a nurse for our neurological rehabilitation ward with night shift scheduling. You will work 73% on a rolling 3-week schedule, 1 weekend out of 3. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

We are looking for a qualified nurse with at least 1 year of professional experience; experience in acute neurology and/or neurological rehabilitation is required. Of course, you share our values of Caring-Equality-Change.

You need to be a good communicator and a team player with leadership skills who can independently prioritize work tasks.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience with documentation is required. It is an advantage if you have previously documented in the Take Care journal system.
