This is how a combined position as a pharmacist at the pharmacy and E-pharmacy works

In this position, you will work a few days a week at the E-pharmacy and a few days at the pharmacy, providing a balance between digital pharmaceutical work and personal customer interaction at the pharmacy. You will enjoy a flexible and varied work environment with many skilled colleagues.

As a pharmacist at the pharmacy, you will alternate between counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care, focusing on customer interaction. As a pharmacist at the E-pharmacy, you will become an important part of a digital workflow where quality and customer benefit are at the center. You will switch between three stations: the pharmaceutical control where you review the customer's medication list, the technical control where the order is prepared for packing, and the manual handling where you resolve any issues, assist the customer with alternatives, and contact prescribers when necessary.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat

• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
