JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes handling simpler assistance cases within elderly care according to the Social Services Act. This includes, among other things, home care services, assessment, investigation, and registration of applications, as well as associated administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and case follow-up. You will also answer incoming calls in the reception phone and provide information and guidance to individuals.

You will work closely with several experienced case officers, which provides good opportunities for supervision, collegial support, and joint problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have started higher education within the social work program or another equivalent education.

• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Basic computer skills and administrative ability
• Ability to work structured, accurately, and independently
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
