JOB DESCRIPTION

As a childcare worker at Jukkasjärvi preschool, you will be part of a team that works together based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the team, you work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has childcare education. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with a situational approach. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
