Job Description

We are looking for a nurse for our psychiatric inpatient department with 13 beds. As a nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that the care in each given situation maintains the right quality and is based on the patient's individual needs and resources. In your role, you will lead and distribute the work in the care team and promote a positive climate in the workplace.

We place great emphasis on the introduction, which is offered according to a structure that takes into account your previous experiences.

Work Group

In ward 8, you will work as a nurse in a team with knowledgeable and experienced caregivers, doctors, and administrative staff. We work in care teams and in close collaboration with our psychiatric outpatient clinics and mobile teams.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Experience in psychiatric work is an advantage but not a requirement.

As you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

To thrive and fit in with us, your personal qualities are important. For this position, we are looking for someone who is flexible. We work closely together and need good communication to successfully solve the tasks we encounter in our daily work. Therefore, this position suits you if you enjoy collaboration and are receptive and communicative with both colleagues, patients, and relatives.
