We are now looking for three new inside sales representatives for our sales department.

Through our combination of recruitment tools, CV database, and advertising solutions, we become a comprehensive provider to simplify and improve recruitment.
About the position
You will work on building your own customer base, from which you will earn passive income as long as they are customers at Jobbplats. We offer a complete solution for our customers' recruitment needs that saves time and money for our clients while increasing the quality of recruitment. You will contact companies to sell our services. Initially, you will book your own meetings and then transition to fully pre-booked meetings once you have learned the product. Meetings are held online. The work is full-time with hours that you set yourself as long as you meet normal working hours and minimum budget.
At Jobbplats, we focus heavily on rewarding our employees, which is why we offer a high commission on your sales. An average salesperson who meets their minimum budget earns over 100,000 SEK per month. We also believe in quality, which is why we offer a passive compensation for each customer as long as they stay with the company. The passive compensation can eventually represent a significant part of your salary, allowing you to focus more on your existing customer base.
The job can be performed both from our office and from home for those who prefer a modern and flexible workplace.
The job as a salesperson
To succeed as a salesperson, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the work is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. We aim to have a modern and flexible workplace. Therefore, you will work from your home with opportunities for training and meetings at the office.
Qualifications
We expect you to have previous sales experience. We see that you are someone who enjoys making contact with new people and that you are rhetorically skilled in expressing yourself. Being fluent in Swedish is a requirement.
Salary
The salary is based on a commission for each sale as well as a tick on all sales as long as the customer remains with the company. This way, you build your own customer base that you manage and earn commission from as long as you work with the company.
