Experienced Food and Raw Materials Buyer Wanted

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for an experienced food and raw materials buyer for our restaurant operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational purchasing from suppliers in Sweden and the Balkan region (Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia)
- Supplier negotiations, contracts, and price optimization
- Import and transport planning
- Inventory management and stocktaking
- Quality control of raw materials
- Collaboration with the head chef on menu planning and raw material needs
Supporting tasks (20–30% of working time):
- Receiving deliveries
- Warehouse work
- Quality control related to purchases
Qualifications:
- Experience in international purchasing and logistics
- Knowledge of food handling and quality control
- Desirable: language skills in Croatian, Serbian, or Macedonian
