JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for part-time staff for our customer service located in Malmö, Helsingborg, Kristianstad, and Lund.

Your main responsibilities will include informing and guiding our customers about Skånetrafiken's services, products, prices, and travel conditions, as well as selling our various products. We meet our customers in person, via phone, in chat, and at events. You will also assist customers in digital channels, such as Skånetrafiken's application and website. As a customer service representative, you are our primary representative and ambassador to our customers.

As a new employee, your employment will begin with a thorough introduction and training from knowledgeable mentors and colleagues. The introduction currently lasts for four weeks. The introduction takes place at the respective unit. We are committed to providing you with a solid introduction for the best conditions to feel secure in your role as a customer service representative.

Our opening hours are weekdays from 06:00 to 21:00 and weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Working hours are scheduled between 05:50 and 21:05. Our customer service is open every day of the year.

This position is a part-time employment as needed, and work at other customer service units may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants who have a complete high school education and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of other languages, such as Danish. We prefer candidates with prior experience in the service industry, preferably in customer service where customer interaction is part of the job, or similar work.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in public transport and the ability to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Since we meet Skånetrafiken's customers through various channels, you need to have a good understanding of what different customer channels require from you as a customer service representative. Furthermore, we believe you have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently, flexibly, and take initiatives when the situation requires it. We also hope you appreciate variety in your work and enjoy being out representing Skånetrafiken in different contexts and, when needed, working at all our customer centers in Skåne. You should be able to embody and be a good ambassador for our values: Welcoming, Driven, Caring, and Respectful.
