As an assembler or train technician in Gothenburg, you will have a varied role that includes both mechanical and electrical tasks. You will work in an environment that combines technology, precision, and collaboration, where safety and quality are always in focus.

Examples of tasks:

• Maintenance, repair, and modernization of trains and carriages
• Assembly and disassembly of various components
• Adjustment and replacement of mechanical parts
• Participate in refurbishments and improvement projects
• Troubleshooting and basic electrical installations
• Interpret drawings and technical instructions
• Ensure that work meets quality and safety requirements

You have experience in practical technical work and thrive both independently and in teams. Your background may be as a mechanic, electromechanic, service technician, or in other trades such as electrical installation, plumbing, or carpentry. Experience from the railway, automotive, or heavy manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Requirements:

• High school or post-secondary education in vehicle technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or similar
• Good technical understanding
• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

You are meticulous, practically oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology. You take responsibility, work safely, and enjoy solving problems where you can see concrete results from your work.
