About the role

As a property technician at L&T, you will work with:

• Operation, supervision, maintenance, and rounds of various types of properties
• Optimization of technical installations
• Troubleshooting and actions within HVAC, electrical, control & regulation, and automation
• Management of fire, sprinkler, and special systems
• Contact with contractors and tenants
• Documentation of completed work and operational changes

This is a more advanced role with significant responsibility. You will be a key person for the efficient and optimized operation of their properties.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in property management
• Experience with commercial properties is an advantage
• Desirable knowledge: operational optimization, electrical, HVAC, control & regulation, automation, fire and sprinkler systems
• Relevant technical education in electrical, HVAC, property management, or similar
• Alternatively, extensive documented experience in the field
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing

Workplace and working hours

• Work area: Trollhättan and surrounding areas
• Possibility of a company car with home delivery and charging options available
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00
• Travel may occur within the area as part of the job

This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Luotea. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. We process applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
