We are opening a brand new Synsam store in beautiful Ekerö – at Destination Ekerö! We are looking for someone who wants to take a key role in an exciting new opening and be part of building a store from the ground up with a completely new team. 🚀 With us, you will have the opportunity to combine high clinical quality with a strong customer experience – and help set the tone as we establish Synsam in Ekerö.

Your role as a Licensed Optometrist This is a unique opportunity to help shape a brand new store in Ekerö – where we together create something truly strong with a focus on eye health, style, and service.

As an optometrist at Synsam, you are a central part of the business. You listen, guide, and help our customers find the best solutions for vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, you conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend vision aids with high clinical quality.

You will: • Conduct eye examinations with high quality and accuracy • Prescribe and recommend vision aids based on customer needs • Create security and build long-term customer relationships through a professional and pedagogical approach • Contribute to a positive team spirit with collaboration, engagement, and joy at work • Help develop the store's offerings in optics and eye health • Contribute to establishing Synsam Ekerö locally through high customer satisfaction and strong trust

Who are you? We are looking for a Licensed Optometrist who wants to make a difference – both for the customer and for the team. You thrive in meeting people, are quality-conscious, and enjoy combining clinical competence with service and sales.

• Have an optometrist license – with or without a DO/master's degree • Are confident in your professional role and value high clinical quality • Are attentive, pedagogical, and make customers feel well taken care of • Take responsibility and are solution-oriented • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive culture • Have an interest in eye health and want to continue developing in the field

We would love for you to have a passion for areas such as dry eyes, Ortho-K, sports optics, and myopia control – but the most important thing is that you are curious and want to move forward.
