About the Clinic

In Hagfors, approximately 85 kilometers from Karlstad, lies Klaran Dental Care – a state-of-the-art and well-functioning clinic with a long tradition and strong local ties.

The clinic has five treatment rooms and is currently operated by two teams with a total of 16 employees. We have been working digitally for several years with 3Shape, have panoramic X-rays, and use Dentsply Sirona's implant system. Our approach is oral health-focused and patient-centered.

• A steady influx of new patients from northern Värmland and parts of Dalarna

Two of the team's dentists are approaching retirement age, creating a unique opportunity for you to take over and further develop a well-established business.

About the Role

As a co-owner and operations manager within Praktikertjänst, you have the freedom to lead and develop the clinic according to your ideas – with the security of a stable organization behind you. You will be responsible for daily operations, quality of care, personnel issues, and financial development. At the same time, you will have access to a wide network of experts in areas such as HR, law, finance, IT, real estate, and communication.

You will become a shareholder in Praktikertjänst and have a secure employment from day one – without taking any personal financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work as a dentist
• Lead and distribute daily tasks
• Personnel responsibility, development discussions, and salary negotiations
• Recruitment as needed
• Competence development and workplace responsibility
• Budget and result responsibility

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

You are a skilled clinician with good communication skills and a professional demeanor. You are curious, solution-oriented, and see opportunities to develop both yourself and the business.
