JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for engaged and driven care assistants for night shifts, weekend work, and day/evening shifts. Are you the one we are looking for?

Haraberget is a place that invites meetings between different generations, as the building includes activity housing for those aged 65 and over and a preschool with 8 departments, in addition to the 60 places in special housing. The building has common areas and a restaurant. The restaurant in the middle of the building prepares and serves food to the preschool and special housing and is also open to those living in the sheltered housing and municipal employees.

In the special housing, residents live in groups of 10, and each unit/department has common areas in the form of a living room, balcony, and dining areas that provide comfort, a sense of home, and social interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained care assistant. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to support and help other people. You have a good attitude towards everyone you meet and a positive attitude in your work. You are driven and have the ability to work towards set goals. You are prepared for the changing needs of the operation and can meet changes with a good attitude. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness, which also applies in stressful situations where you maintain your calm. You work well with others, interacting with them in a responsive and smooth manner. You are calm and responsible. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute to a healthy work environment. You also need to be flexible as we work based on resource shifts, which means that we may need to lend staff to other floors in the facility.

You need to have a salutogenic approach and holistic thinking. We work based on delegated tasks, and you need to be prepared to take on the delegations required within the care and support operations.

Our mission involves handling data and phones as part of the work material. You need to be open to learning the systems we use in the assignment as documentation and digital signing are included.

You need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both in writing and speaking.
