JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sjöliden in Braås is now looking for a responsive daytime care assistant and a reliable nighttime care assistant. We are also looking for someone interested in elderly care for a fixed-term position until 261130.

Sjöliden is a family-oriented special housing facility with 29 apartments divided into two departments. Our care recipients need support and help to live under safe conditions with an active and meaningful existence in community with others. We are a wonderful team that focuses on the care recipient and works together to create a good working environment and well-being.

As an employee with us, you will have the opportunity to perform several HSL assignments and develop in areas you are interested in within care and support work through advocacy roles. The tasks consist of regular duties at a special housing facility with personal care, activation, and service tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the positions, you must have a valid qualification from the care and nursing program, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked with nursing and dementia care.

You should have basic IT/computer skills as we work daily in the documentation system Lifecare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

We are looking for someone with an interest in elderly care who is attentive, flexible, stress-resistant, and has a professional demeanor towards those you meet in our operations.
