We are looking for a service-oriented IT Support Technician who wants to work with user support and daily IT operations in a structured and professional environment. The role is suitable for you who enjoys helping users, has a good technical understanding, and likes to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Activation and administration of user accounts.
  • Password management and access administration.
  • Handling of imports and exports in various systems.
  • Receiving and managing cases via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Providing user support regarding IT-related issues via phone or on-site.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT environments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in IT support or service desk.
  • Good technical understanding and experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent service mindset and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in government agencies or authorities.
