As a housekeeper at StädBolaget, you will play a central role in ensuring that guests have a high-quality and pleasant experience. Your responsibilities include leading and planning the cleaning work and ensuring that both the hotel rooms and common areas maintain a high standard.

Since you work closely with customers daily, it is important that you have good communication skills. The work is varied and can change from day to day depending on occupancy and other circumstances.

You will be part of our team of team leaders and operations managers. As we are in a startup phase with this client, you will have the opportunity to be involved in recruiting parts of your team. StädBolaget will conduct ongoing recruitments.

Is This You?

To thrive and succeed in the role of housekeeper, you have experience in hotel cleaning or similar work and enjoy combining practical work with overall responsibility. You are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented, enjoy close customer contact, and are driven to deliver high and consistent quality every day.

You collaborate well with others, can take responsibility for both people and finances, and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Last but not least, you enjoy dogs and are not allergic to pets since dogs are welcome to stay.

You are responsible, unpretentious, and enjoy being where the action is. You have a calm and secure demeanor even when the pace is high and are skilled at creating structure in a daily routine that often changes. You like to work closely with both people and customers, are solution-oriented, and have a natural sense of service and quality. At the same time, you are clear, dare to make decisions, and take ownership to ensure everything works.
