Administrator/Receptionist at HLM Korallen
We are looking for someone who wants to be our face to the outside world and who enjoys providing our patients/visitors with the best possible reception and service.
We are looking for someone with experience in independent administrative work and reception work who has worked in healthcare. You have good computer and phone skills, and you are accustomed to interacting with patients, sometimes with protected ID.
We are located in Vallentuna Centrum. In the building, you will also find our BVC, a rehabilitation clinic where occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and dietitians work, a midwifery clinic, a pediatric clinic, a gynecology clinic, and a KS lab.
HLM Korallen has approximately 7700 registered patients. At HLM Korallen, we offer medical and nursing consultations, home healthcare, rehabilitation coordination, and BVC. We also have a CBT clinic. Job Description:
All tasks that may arise as an administrator/receptionist or Medical Secretary at the health center. As an administrator with us, you will be the face of the unit and a support function for our entire operation.
You will support the care process with referral management, appointment booking, journal management, and service via phone and chat. You will work closely with the unit manager and function as administrative support. The work also includes mail handling, local issues, purchasing, inventory and laundry orders, as well as booking interpreters and medical travel permits, etc.
As the administration of the clinic develops, tasks may be adapted and renewed.
Requirements:
Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants from the National Board of Health and Welfare and/or a degree from medical secretary training is a requirement.
You have good computer skills and find it easy to handle new digital systems and solutions. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of medical terminology.
It is an advantage if you have experience working as a medical secretary in primary care and are familiar with TakeCare (journal system), Heroma (personnel administration), and Platina (document management system).
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. A probationary period may occur. Start date by agreement.

As a person, you are efficient and meticulous. You are confident in your role and can independently structure your tasks according to the needs of the operation. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good work environment and a positive reception of patients. You are proactive and contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.
You contribute to the development of the operation and design and revise local routines in accordance with applicable guidelines. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

- in addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
