Järfälla Rehab Northwest is part of Rehab Northwest, which provides primary care rehabilitation in five municipalities.

We have four clinics and three neuro teams with a total of about 150 employees.

We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist to join the home rehab team at Järfälla Rehab Northwest, located at Jakobsberg Hospital – just 15 minutes from Odenplan, and a short walk from Jakobsberg Station.

Job responsibilities:

As a physiotherapist with us, you will:

• Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients in their homes, independently or in a team
• Have the opportunity to lead group activities and/or hold patient education sessions based on interest and competence
• Collaborate with dietitians, occupational therapists, and other professional groups within the region and municipality
• Have the opportunity to participate in development work and contribute to external and internal competence networks

Employment form:

Permanent employment, full-time 40 hours/week, daytime. A probationary period may apply. Start date is according to agreement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed physiotherapist
• has experience working in primary care rehabilitation is an advantage
• has a B driver's license
