We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the elderly and wants to give our guests the best possible day.
- Who has good collaboration skills and flexibility.
- Who is social and enjoys leading conversations and activities.

- Who takes initiative and is creative when it comes to planning and executing various activities with our guests.
- Who can write and communicate fluently in Swedish.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability, but we want you to have experience working with the elderly with cognitive impairments, preferably in a day activity setting.

With us, you will be part of a small staff group with good routines, but where no day is the same as the other. We invite 23 guests every day and we work from a person-centered approach where we make all our guests feel seen and acknowledged.
In addition to performing regular tasks for a nursing assistant such as basic care, documentation, writing implementation plans, etc., you will:
- Lead conversations in large and small groups, hold activities, provide a lot of family support, and have contact with other agencies such as assistance and home care.
Your skills and experience
You should have worked in care and nursing for at least 1-3 years. You should be accustomed to documentation. You should have experience in the profession.
We will place great importance on personal qualities and good references. We need you to be secure, stress-resistant, and have personal maturity. You should also be service-oriented and responsive to the needs of care recipients. You value diversity and understand that different backgrounds, cultures, and group affiliations can affect oneself and others in various ways. You have good collaboration skills and are happy to share your own knowledge and experiences while being open to learning from others. You have empathy in meeting other people and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You are expected to be flexible, as the job requires it.

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes at the City of Stockholm, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
