Welcome to Northern Inner City Home Care

We are Northern Inner City Home Care with various addresses in central Stockholm.

We are currently looking for on-call staff for Team Karlberg (Norrtullsgatan 12 L) and Team Gärdet (Brantingsgatan 37).

Your Role

In our care recipients' daily lives, you work person-centered and function-supportive. You support and assist care recipients with tasks such as personal care, meals, supervision, and service. We are close to our care recipients and walk between tasks. Work shifts start together in the staff room.

We are looking for you on an as-needed basis during both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. In the work, we use smartphones for time registration and documentation.

Your Competence and Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in home care (meritorious).
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves a lot of communication and documentation.
• Is a trained nursing assistant or has ongoing education in health and care.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with the elderly
• Protected professional title

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, service-oriented, and has a genuine interest in helping others. You are committed, responsible, and have an understanding of the individual needs of customers. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
