We are a cheerful team that is now looking to expand. We are seeking a trained nursing assistant who is interested in working in a team. Lunden is a short-term unit where people with various needs temporarily stay, which makes our work very varied. As a nursing assistant, you will be an important part of our well-functioning team that works together for the individual’s best. We work with a rehabilitative approach to maintain and increase the function of our care and support recipients. We apply a wish schedule, which allows you to influence your own schedule.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks you will perform are varied and may include everything from service efforts that facilitate the customer's daily life to delegated health and medical care, such as wound dressings, training, and medication management. You support and guide the individual in all everyday situations.

• You are a trained nursing assistant
• Experience from working in care and support
• Experience in performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment Conditions

The recruitment concerns two permanent full-time positions with 36 hours per week, starting according to agreement. The position also involves scheduled working hours with night, day, evening, and weekend shifts. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.

As of July 1, 2023, the position of nursing assistant is a protected title. Therefore, to be employed as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required. When you present the certificate of protected title, you will be employed as a nursing assistant; until then, you will be employed as a care assistant.
