Ludvika Health Center is one of two region-run health centers in Ludvika municipality and has approximately 15,500 registered patients. We are located at Ludvika hospital and offer a broad and competent operation with good collaboration between different professions.

With us, specialists in general medicine, residents and interns, district nurses, nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, care coordinators in mental health, and medical secretaries work.

Physiotherapist with a role as Rehab Coordinator, Ludvika

We are now looking for you who are a physiotherapist with an interest in working as a rehab coordinator.

As a rehab coordinator, you have a central role in working with sick-listed patients. Your tasks involve coordinating rehabilitation efforts through:

• Personal support to patients during the sick leave and rehabilitation process
• Internal coordination within the health center
• Collaboration with external actors such as the Social Insurance Agency, employers, and other healthcare providers

You are a key person in helping the patient navigate the rehabilitation process with the goal of promoting a return to work.

The employment is a 6-month temporary position at 50% with a start date to be agreed upon.

Requirements:

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Experience working with insurance medicine, sick leave, and rehabilitation
