Gothia Towers' sister hotel Upper House is an exclusive modern hotel of the highest international class, located high above Gothenburg on the top floors of the middle tower of Gothia Towers. Upper House has just over fifty rooms and suites, all spacious and exquisitely decorated in beautiful design and first-class materials. About the Role

In the role of receptionist and host, you will guide guests through their experience in our spa and maintain various parts of the facilities throughout the day.

Your tasks will include checking in spa and fitness guests, cash handling, selling products, serving drinks, and overall monitoring of common areas in the workplace.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and positive, takes initiative, and is responsible. You are aware of, and comfortable with, the fact that your role is an important part of the guest experience. You have at least two years of previous experience working in a spa or hotel; additional service experience from, for example, cruise ships or similar is considered an advantage. You always perform at your best and have the ability to exceed guests' expectations.

Service is a genuine trait of yours, and you want to contribute to providing “world-class hospitality.” Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. We see that you speak Swedish and English fluently and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Additional languages and previous experience with our booking systems Book4Time and Opera Cloud are a plus.

Information About the Position

We offer a special fixed-term employment from June 15 to August 23 with a workload of 50-80%. Training starts on June 8.
