Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate cold kitchen chef, preferably with experience in hot kitchen, who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. As a cold kitchen chef, you will work alongside our hot kitchen but will be responsible for the cold kitchen. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you will create tasteful and attractive cold dishes with a focus on sustainability.

The role includes daily work with self-control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist in menu planning and inventory.

About Restaurant Ella

Restaurant Ella is located in Tuve within the Volvo Trucks area, we operate Monday - Friday, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a lot of catering. We also serve business lunches to our booked visitors, with opening hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so evening work may occur. We are currently a great team of 6 people who hope that you will apply to join us.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You have education in hotel and restaurant management with a focus on cold kitchen or equivalent
• You have previous experience in restaurant work
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work effectively
• You take responsibility through your passion to maintain a high level of service and quality in what you deliver
• You understand your significance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• You have basic computer skills
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus
• Driver's license B
