Paradiset is looking for serving staff for several of our restaurants in Gothenburg. We are recruiting for both the summer season of 2026 and for spring starting in February/March. The positions vary in scope – full-time, part-time, and extra as needed.

As serving staff with us, you will work closely with guests and be an important part of the overall experience. The work is fast-paced with a focus on service, quality, and collaboration.

The tasks include serving food and drinks, guest reception, cash handling, collaboration with the kitchen and other staff, as well as contributing to order and structure in the restaurant. Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, enjoys working with people, and has good social and communication skills. Previous experience in a restaurant or serving is an advantage but not a requirement – the right attitude and willingness to learn are important.

We serve craft pizza and small dishes in combination with natural wines and local beer. We offer work in established restaurants with a clear concept, opportunities for both seasonal work and long-term employment, as well as various positions tailored to the needs of the business and the individual.
