A four-star hotel with 1200 tastefully decorated rooms and magnificent views of the city, as well as several popular restaurants and bars with something for every taste. Here, there are over 40,000 square meters of experience space for parties, events, shows, conferences, and congresses – all under one roof. Gothia Towers is part of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.

In preparation for summer 2026, we are looking for early risers to join our wonderful breakfast team!

In our team, we are responsible for the breakfast for both Gothia Towers and Upper House.

For guests staying at Gothia Towers, we serve a delightful breakfast buffet, both at Seasons on the 2nd floor and Imagine on the 29th floor, where our guests can enjoy the best view of the city during their breakfast. Depending on the number of guests, we serve breakfast in an additional 3-4 dining rooms. On the 25th floor, at the top of tower 2, we offer a calm oasis with an à la carte breakfast featuring seasonal dishes combined with a smaller buffet of the highest quality.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone who is an early riser and has an interest and commitment to service. You are cheerful and enjoy being social! You are responsible and have previous experience in the restaurant industry or another service profession. You always perform your best and have the ability to exceed guests' expectations. You are unpretentious and driven. At times, it can get very busy and the pace is high, so it is important that you can collaborate well with everyone in the team to make the guest feel unique. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We also see that you speak Swedish and English fluently. To be part of our breakfast team, you must be at least 16 years old.

Role Description

We serve breakfast every day of the week throughout the year. We offer a varied job with a lot of pace and energy. In the role of breakfast host/hostess, your responsibilities include welcoming our guests, replenishing buffets, clearing tables, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy. Your role also includes being helpful and answering questions from our guests. At Upper House breakfast, we offer an à la carte breakfast, which requires higher restaurant experience in serving.

For guests who prefer their breakfast served in their room, we offer room service.
