About the Assignment

We are looking for a UX Writer responsible for all user-facing communication in both Swedish and English. In this role, you will create clear, consistent, and fact-based texts for digital products, strongly anchored in UX principles and user needs.

You will have overall responsibility for language, tone, and structure, contributing to the establishment of guidelines and practices for how text is used and can be scaled across different products and languages. This assignment is suitable for someone who is equally comfortable in strategic work as well as operational writing.

About the Role

As a UX Writer, you will work closely with UX designers, product teams, and other UX Writers, being involved in all projects to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience. You will actively participate in initiatives and discussions on how language, content, and UX can be developed and scaled across products and markets.

The assignment also includes ensuring high quality in translation and localization, as well as contributing to consistent and user-centered texts in all interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Create user-facing texts for digital products in Swedish and English
• Work with information structure, tone, and linguistic guidelines
• Ensure consistent quality in translation and localization
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product teams, and other UX Writers
• Participate in meetings and initiatives regarding the development of language, content, and UX
• Contribute to scalable practices for text and content across multiple products and markets

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have experience in UX writing or content design
• Be accustomed to writing texts focused on user experience rather than marketing messages
• Work both strategically and practically with text
• Be organized, professional, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders
