Mechanic Wanted at Värnamo Bil & MC-service

Värnamo Bil & MC-service is now looking for a driven and curious mechanic to join our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically skilled, communicative, and of course, take pride in your profession. When you work as a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need to have the ability to create long-term customer relationships. The position involves service, repairs, and diagnostics on passenger cars and light trucks of most brands.

Qualifications

A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
Documented relevant education
Documented experience as an automotive mechanic
Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
Good communication skills
A strong customer service orientation

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and see challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have the ability to collaborate, and can also work under pressure. You are quick to grasp new instructions, and we see it as a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service. A minimum of a B driver's license is required.

This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent employment contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
