Västernorrland Regiment with Jämtland Field Ranger Corps is now looking for a customer receptionist based in Sollefteå.
Job Description
As a Customer Receptionist, you will support the daily operations with technical monitoring throughout the garrison. Other tasks include:
- Service cards
- Access control
- Exercises at the home unit
Qualifications
Requirements
In addition to completed upper secondary education, you need:
- Experience working as a user-oriented TB technician
- Experience with Unison Alarm and access control systems
- Driver's license B
Meritorious:
- Completed military service
- Group leader training
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Driving license for truck, minibus
- RAKEL operator
- Experience in user support within the Armed Forces
- Security guard instructor
Personal Qualities:

You have a high security awareness, are flexible, decisive, and prepared to work under partly provisional conditions. You can work independently, see the big picture, and are compliant with decisions made. Furthermore, you are meticulous and have the ability to adjust your pace when required.

Employment type: Permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time.
The position is civilian.
Work location: Sollefteå. Business trips may occur, as well as work at irregular hours.
Start date according to agreement.
Salary: According to the unit's salary goals.
The position includes 3 hours of physical training during work hours per week.

In 2022, Västernorrland Regiment with Jämtland Field Ranger Corps, I 21, was re-established. A new regiment with centuries-old traditions in Västernorrland and Jämtland. With us, you have the opportunity to be part of something unique, the re-establishment of a regiment in Lower Norrland.
I 21 currently has operations in Sollefteå, Östersund, and Härnösand and is responsible for Garrison Lower Norrland. In Sollefteå, there is the Regiment Staff (with personnel in both Sollefteå and Östersund) and Ångermanland Infantry Battalion. In Östersund, there is Jämtland Field Ranger Corps. In addition, there are Garrison Support Unit, Defense Health, and Logistics Unit with operations in Sollefteå, Östersund, and Härnösand.
At Ångermanland Infantry Battalion and Jämtland Field Ranger Corps, we train conscript soldiers for service in the new modern infantry under our proud motto “From mountains to sea, for the defense of Lower Norrland.”
