Home Care in Offerdal
Home care in Offerdal is an important part of Krokom Municipality. Here, the client is at the center, and we work together to provide good, safe, and person-centered care.

The social administration consists of 600 employees, and the breadth of the assignments is extensive. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is present throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing care and support, service, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it at all stages of life.
A Day as a Nursing Assistant in Home Care in Offerdal
You will work to provide care and support to individuals based on their needs and circumstances. We believe that open, respectful, and active communication plays a central role in care work and is the foundation of a good work environment. Our guiding principles are close, brave, welcoming, and reliable.
Our operations run day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. The tasks include medical care, simple cooking, assistance with hygiene, and outdoor activities. In your work, you are a guest in the individual's home, and we always work under confidentiality. The central planning for services and staffing collaborates closely with the team and is located in Krokom. Within home care, we also have a close collaboration with case managers, district nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
You will be a primary care contact for some clients along with a colleague. The work includes documentation. Therefore, it is important that our employees have a good ability to express themselves verbally and in writing in Swedish. For documentation, we use operational systems such as Viva, APPVA, and Intraphone.
We have a goal of digital first. This means that we, where possible, primarily offer our clients digital solutions such as medication robots and night cameras. We do this, among other things, to increase the independence of our elderly. Therefore, it is important that our employees have an interest in digital solutions and actively work to enable healthier elderly.
Your Competence
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in people and elderly care.
A valid driver's license (B) is required as the job involves traveling between different clients' homes.

- Communicative: You find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and relatives.
Experience in home care is an advantage, but your personality and willingness to learn are the most important!
Other Information
The position is a permanent full-time employment with the possibility of part-time work.

As part of our initiative to recruit nursing assistants to certain units, those who work full-time as nursing assistants at Offerdal home care will receive a salary supplement of 3000 SEK per month.
