About the position

The position focuses on balancing and energy optimization.

As an operations technician, you will be part of a team responsible for several properties and their operational systems. In this role, you will primarily work with balancing and energy optimization.

You should have a sense and interest in heating and ventilation systems and be able to read and understand instructions and documentation regarding these. The position includes energy supervision, reporting, follow-up, analyzing outcomes from statistical programs, actively working to reduce consumption, and also having close collaboration with the company's energy controller.

Some practical tasks are included, such as handling fault reports, rounds, repairs, maintenance work, and filter changes.

The position includes property readiness every sixth week.

Other

Minimum high school education or other training/experience that we consider equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret drawings is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
Driver's license B.

We would like you to have knowledge of balancing, flow diagrams, and drawings, as well as experience in control technology and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems in properties.

Employment form and start date

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, full-time, and with start as soon as possible or by agreement.
